Description

The DM01 battery powered pressure sensor with digital display, measures, records and displays pressure and temperature. It’s outstanding measuring qualities, intuitive operation and innovative modular sensor concept define the DM01. Using the USB 2.0 connector and associated software, the DM01 can be used to control pressure courses or calibrate other pressure sensors.

In addition to being a ‘plug and play’ pressure and temperature indicator, the DM01 also has an integrated data logger is able to record pressure and temperature values linearly and cyclically. The measuring value intervals and rates are adjustable and the unit can hold over 600,000 recorded values. This captured data can then be analysed by using a complimentary PC software package provided by Applied Measurements.

With all metal parts made from stainless steel the DM01 is both versatile and rugged. It is available with pressure ranges from 0-100mbar up to 0-400bar (0-600bar using our M4 variant). The DM01 battery powered pressure sensor with digital display can be supplemented with comprehensive list of optional extras including a hard-shell service case, a protective rubber cap for the display, a calibration test pump and a USB 2.0 interface cable. The latter optional extra allows the gauge to communicate live and logged data to PC. Using the complimentary PC software package, the user is able to:

Standard options

Beyond the many online customisable options you can select, there are two specifications that are set as the default. The first is the (Viton) FKM seal, a good choice for a high range of temperatures and pressures and the second is the sensor accuracy. The latter is expressed as 0.1% FSO accuracy above and including pressures of 0.4 bar and 0.125% FSO for pressures below 0.4 bar. Both can be changed, but for that you will need to contact us.
