    To send back a product for repair please download and fill in the RMA Returns form above and send it along with your faulty transducer to:

    What Happens Next

    As soon as we have received your goods at our Transducer Repair Services Department we will let you know using the contact details you supply on the RMA form.  Our engineers will then conduct an initial inspection and send back a detailed fault report within 7 working days.  There is no need to worry about hidden costs as you can be assured that we will not carry out any chargeable repairs without your prior approval.

    Where possible, we aim to send back your repaired transducer within 14 days of its arrival, depending on the nature of the fault.

    If we cannot repair the transducer, we will send a quotation for a replacement or we can even design a custom-like unit saving you from further downtime costs.

    If you have any questions about your repair or want to speak to somebody before you send it in, please get in touch with Molly Ginns, our Sales & Service Administrator. Molly oversees our repairs department and plays a vital role in quotation generation and sales order processing.

    Prior to joining Applied Measurements, Molly held the position of Genius Admin at Apple in Basingstoke for a period of 5 years. During which, she ran and managed the repairs department and the renowned Genius Bar. Furthermore, her expertise extends to the esteemed radiation sector, specialising in the production and application of dosimeters.
