What Happens Next
As soon as we have received your goods at our Transducer Repair Services Department we will let you know using the contact details you supply on the RMA form. Our team of engineers will then carry out an initial inspection and send back a detailed fault report all within 7 working days. There is no need to worry about any hidden costs as you can be assured that we will not carry out any chargeable repairs without your prior approval.
Where possible, we aim to send back your repaired transducer within 14 days of its arrival, depending on the nature of the fault.
If for any reason we are unable to repair the transducer, we will send out a quotation for a replacement or we can even design a custom like-for-like unit saving you from any further downtime costs.
