A complete strain gauge bonding and wiring service is offered for all types of strain gauge, including foil and semi-conductor. Our in-house bonding room is temperature controlled with strict ultrasonic cleaning procedures.
For a specific measurement purpose we can design a special structure to which the strain gauges are bonded. Alternatively we can supply and bond the gauges to hardware of your own design.
Our calibration facilities cover load and force from 25grams to 200tonnes / 2000kN, pressure from 20mbar to 3000bar, displacement to from 0.5mm to 250mm and torque to 27kNm with UKAS traceable certification as standard.
When full UKAS certification is required, this is provided through our association with the appropriate UKAS-accredited laboratories including the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) in London.
Our calibration services are also available for transducers and systems produced by other manufacturers.
Applied Measurements are the only UK approved calibration house able to offer a UK based UKAS traceable calibration service, for all Microtronics BlueForce and SpeedForce EN 12445 / EN 12453 gate impact force tester models.
We offer a comprehensive repair and refurbishment service for all strain gauge based transducers. Our commitment is to provide an inspection report promptly and return of the repaired and re-calibrated sensor as quickly as possible.
A UKAS traceable calibration certificate is available for all repaired transducers. All our repairs come with a 6 month warranty.
To compliment our range of transducers we offer a range of data loggers, data acquisition systems and PC-based monitoring, recording and control software.
This could range from a compact single channel setup to a comprehensive multi-channel system collating and logging data from several hundred sensors.
