Description

The DPT100 is no ordinary differential pressure transmitter. It’s extraordinary and high accuracy of up to ±0.1%/FSO sets it apart from the competition. Designed to be used in the process industry, it will work equally well with wet or dry media providing that the media is not corrosive to stainless steel.

The DPT100 also has a RS485 Modbus digital output option which when coupled with the transmitter’s 10msec response time, will ensure that leaks or changes in flow rate can be quickly detected.

Furthermore, its tough die cast aluminium housing with epoxy paint allows the transmitter to withstand the rigours of use in harsh environment, whilst the stainless steel pressure port, flange, diaphragm, valves and plugs give excellent media compatibility.

The sensor will cope with static pressures up to 400bar (depending on the module chosen) whilst measuring differential pressures as low as 0-60mbar. For static pressures of 70bar or less, the measurable differential is even smaller at 0-10mbar.

Don’t need such high accuracy in a differential pressure sensor? Then consider our DMD341 differential pressure sensor. It has a similar pressure range, but offers great value for operations that don’t require extremely high levels of accuracy, liquid media or aggressive gases.
