This section illustrates our range of high capacity torque transducers that are available with measuring ranges from as 0-5000Nm up to 0-80kNm. They are available in both static and rotary configuration, with rotary designs offering operating speeds of up to 6500rpm.
Square drive, parallel shaft and flanged mechanical connections are standard, with alternative or customised connection methods available through couplings.
Static versions are available with ranges from 0-5000Nm to 0-50kNm while rotary versions are available with ranges from 0-5000Nm to 0-80kNm and speeds up to 3000rpm as standard and 5500rpm as an option (6500rpm is standard on the DTDR-F telemetry version).
Standard outputs are mV/V on static and slip ring types and ±5Vdc on brushless types. We also offer a wireless telemetry torque transducer which can provide both analogue and digital outputs when coupled with the appropriate module from the T24 range of telemetry instrumentation.
All models can be supplied with analogue or digital instrumentation including amplifiers and signal conditioners, signal digitisers, displays and indicators and wireless radio telemetry equipment. Calibration traceable to UKAS standards is available on all torque transducers and systems.
