Christmas is on its way and every year we like to donate money to some charities close to our hearts.
This year’s chosen charities are:
“Established in 1999, the work of CHILD’s Trust has seen hundreds of children’s lives changed. Mark and Julie have since self-funded numerous visits to Asia and have built close relationships with locals, who work on the projects that CHILD’s Trust funds. These funds are used to alleviate poverty for children, giving them a hope and a future.”
“Every day, 619 children and young people from across the UK arrive at GOSH. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. And every day is a chance for you to make a difference.”
“There are almost two million people in the UK living with sight loss and RNIB (the Royal National Institute of Blind People) is the leading charity offering practical and emotional support and information to anyone affected by sight loss.”

Christmas Closure Dates: Friday 21st December to Wednesday 2nd January 2019
Applied Measurements will be closed for Christmas during the above dates. Any enquiries received during the Christmas closure will be answered on our return.
Our last shipping day before we close will be Wednesday 19th December, if you need items before Christmas please order them well in advance of the dates below.
- Last date for stock orders: Monday 17th December
- Last date for 10 day calibrations: Wednesday 5th December
- Last date for 3 day calibrations: Thursday 13th December
