Due to supply chain issues the lead time of 16 weeks for the P600HT is significantly greater than we would like it to be. However, the Flush Welded Pressure Transducer DMK331P could be a good product alternative if your requirement for a high temperature, high pressure transducer is urgent. The current lead time for the DMK331P is 6 weeks.

Description

The P600HT industrial high temperature pressure sensor is designed for the measurement of pressure across a wide range of general-purpose and industrial applications including hydraulics, medical, research and development and a range of steel manufacturing and preparation processes where media temperatures of up to 250ºC are present.

The P600HT high-temperature pressure sensor offers superb media compatibility as standard with its all-Titanium Alloy pressure port and sensing element.  The process connection is a ½” BSP male with flush 316L diaphragm for applications such as food processing, pharmaceutical and petrochemical, where a hygienic flush
diaphragm is needed.

Additionally, the electronics of the high-temperature pressure sensor are thermally insulated from media temperatures of up to 250°C.

This high temp pressure sensor features an FFKM o-ring which provides excellent chemical resistance along with excellent gas and liquid permeation resistance. The FFKM O-ring enables operation in higher temperature applications.

ATEX-approved versions of this high temperature pressure sensor are also available with a 4-20mA output version only.

The P600HT high temperature pressure sensor provides a 2-wire 4-20mA electrical output as standard, while 0-5Vdc and 0-10Vdc are optional.
